My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms, although a bit musty, provided a perfect view of the crystal clear waters. The service was exceptional, with the staff being professional and attentive. The location was outstanding, offering a spacious beach and pool area to relax. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the Italian grilled meat was a highlight. The facilities were well-provisioned for a comfortable stay.
I'm an IHG Spire Elite member and a loyal guest of this hotel. Although the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and definitely need renovation, they were still clean and didn't have carpet, which I appreciated. However, the view of a construction site outside wasn't so appealing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while spacious and clean, felt a bit outdated and had a lingering smell of smoke. The service provided, especially in the Darbat restaurant, was exceptional with friendly and professional staff. The location was fantastic, central for exploring Salalah and offering a wonderful environment for leisurely walks, although the dining experience lacked variety despite the good quality. Overall, a decent value for money stay with some room for improvement.
